Description

You will execute end-to-end testing for SaaS and HR platforms within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for HR modules including learning and talent.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for SaaS platform testing.
• Manage defect lifecycles using tracking tools and document comprehensive test results.
• Validate data integrity by writing and executing SQL queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through iterative development processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing SaaS and HR platforms.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium or UiPath.
• Scripting experience using Python or Java.
• Experience with defect management tools like ALM or ClickUp.
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for data validation.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Betterworks, Docebo, or Eightfold.
