Description

You will manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of PeopleSoft applications and layered software in Pleasanton, CA.

Responsibilities

• Execute PeopleSoft administration tasks including user account setup, roles, and access privileges.
• Manage software installations, security administration, patch management, and SSL certificate renewals.
• Perform object and file migrations, application patching via Change Assistant, and PUM Packages.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build and maintain stable, secure multi-instance hosting environments.
• Support all project phases including development, testing, production support, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft administration and system upgrades.
• Expertise in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, WebLogic, Application Server, and Process Scheduler.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Oracle Database.
• Experience with PUM Patching, CA/Upgrade steps, and Report Posting.
• Ability to run compare reports via Application Designer and Phire Tool.
• Scripting experience in Unix or Windows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Web Server and Integration Broker issues.
• Graduate degree in a relevant IT field.

Preferred Skills

• Availability for 24/7 on-call support, including rotating shifts, evenings, and weekends.
