Description

Lead performance engineering for the WMS supply chain domain. You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle, from design to root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and analysis reports.
• Execute load, stress, volume, and soak/endurance testing.
• Identify bottlenecks by analyzing web, database, and application server logs.
• Perform load modeling to reflect actual business usage patterns.
• Analyze Java thread dumps to find root causes for slowness, CPU spikes, and scaling issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, K6, or LoadRunner.
• Expertise in script creation using correlation, parameterization, debugging, and test checkpoints.
• Deep understanding of SQL and database performance.
• Proven ability to drill down into system metrics to resolve bottlenecks.
• Experience within the WMS supply chain domain.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Perfmon, Performance Center, Dynatrace, or SQL Profiler.
