Description

You will own the performance engineering lifecycle for web, application, and database layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance tests including load, stress, volume, and soak scenarios.
• Script, run, and report on performance tests using K6, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across web, app, and database tiers.
• Analyze Java thread dumps, CPU/memory spikes, and scalability issues.
• Implement correlation, parameterization, debugging, and checkpoints in test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with K6, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
• Strong domain knowledge in WMS and Supply Chain systems.
• Proficiency in analyzing Java thread dumps and server logs (App Server, Web Server, DB).
• Experience with monitoring and profiling tools: Dynatrace, PerfMon, Performance Center, SQL Profiler.
• Ability to model loads based on real business usage patterns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Confident decision-making at the performance architecture level.
