Description

You will design and execute performance testing strategies to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and detailed analysis reports.
• Execute load, stress, volume, and soak/endurance testing to validate system stability.
• Perform load modeling to ensure testing environments reflect actual business usage.
• Analyze web, database, and application server logs to pinpoint performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in JMeter or K6.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner.
• Proven ability to analyze Java thread dumps for root cause identification of CPU spikes and slowness.
• Experience creating Performance Test Scripts and Scenarios.
• Strong skills in log analysis across web, database, and app server layers.
• Bachelor's Degree.
