Description

You will lead performance engineering, project management, and business analysis initiatives as the onsite technical point of contact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis, tuning, and optimization across applications and systems.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering implementation.
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Manage performance testing processes within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in performance engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis.
• Strong Java development background for tuning and optimization.
• Expertise in performance monitoring using Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Proven experience in cloud optimization and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking.
• Strong understanding of system performance metrics and profiling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting or onsite customer engagement roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
