Description

You will design and execute performance engineering strategies within complex, integrated Oracle Cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential performance bottlenecks within high-complexity integrated tech stacks.
• Elicit, gather, and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) from stakeholders.
• Define test strategies, target areas, environment needs, and test data requirements based on analyzed NFRs.
• Conduct technical assessments as part of proof of concept work.
• Provide oversight and guidance during formal test execution and communicate results via detailed reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering and load testing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud environments.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Experience with Service Virtualization tools such as CA Lisa.
• Ability to design and develop comprehensive performance test strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to acquire approvals and communicate technical results.
• Deep understanding of performance engineering concepts and industry trends.
• Experience identifying and documenting NFRs.
