You will lead performance engineering efforts for mainframe modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify mainframe touchpoints that require testing for capacity, performance, and scalability during module changes.
- Proactively analyze systems to recommend potential points of failure.
- Drive the testing strategy to ensure performance does not degrade during modernization.
- Define testing requirements without needing pre-defined technical details.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
- Mainframe modernization experience.
- Performance Analysis.
- Performance Testing.
- System Performance optimization.
- HPC.
- Microsoft SQL Server.
- Any Graduate degree.
