Lead performance engineering for mainframe modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify mainframe touchpoints requiring capacity, performance, and scalability testing during module changes.
• Proactively analyze systems to recommend potential points of failure.
• Drive testing strategy to ensure performance does not degrade during modernization.
• Define testing requirements without needing pre-defined technical details.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Experience with mainframe modernization.
• Performance Analysis and Performance Testing.
• System Performance optimization.
• HPC (High-Performance Computing).
• Microsoft SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
