Description

You will direct and manage data management activities to implement performance-based contracting for the Office of Developmental Programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a data collection, analysis, and reporting project plan to support contracting implementation.
• Coordinate the collection of data elements from multiple vendors, counties, and internal IT systems.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track them to closure.
• Monitor project milestones and take corrective action to ensure timelines are met.
• Manage data governance processes and maintain performance measure data definitions and documentation.
• Facilitate reporting for the Provider Performance Review Subcommittee and Quarterly Provider Forums.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management of complex projects involving internal and external leads.
• 5+ years of experience in data collection, management, and reporting.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong expertise in data management, statistical analysis, and data validation.
• Experience with data modeling and technical writing for report production.
• Ability to translate multifaceted performance data for public consumption.
• Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
