Description

You will own performance validation, testing, and automation for complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and Locust.
• Conduct load, regression, and integration testing cycles to ensure system stability.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines alongside DevOps teams.
• Maintain and enhance performance test automation frameworks.
• Generate detailed test reports with actionable analysis and recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Locust.
• Experience with MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Experience utilizing version control systems like Git.
• Ability to obtain or hold an active Public Trust clearance.
