Description

You will design and execute performance engineering strategies across multiple products within Agile/Scrum environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop workload models and acceptance criteria derived from non-functional requirements.
• Create, execute, and analyze performance test scripts and test data.
• Profile system performance using monitoring tools and log analytics to resolve bottlenecks.
• Build Microservices and API load tests into the CI/CD pipeline for shift-left testing.
• Automate test data, scripting, and reporting to support efficient deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6 years of intensive performance and load testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Proficiency with error profiling and monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
• Experience with API automation tools such as Rest Assured or JMeter.
• Knowledge of API Contract verification using Swagger.
• Experience using GitLab, Jenkins, Tekton, and Python scripting for CI/CD enablement.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS services including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, S3, CloudWatch, QuickSight, EC2, and RedShift.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to apply system thinking to identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks.
