Description

You will own performance engineering activities across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead NFT delivery activities.
• Develop performance improvement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Assess business challenges and risks, then develop mitigation plans.
• Work closely with development teams, participating in design discussions to enforce performance guidelines.
• Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Experience managing large teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of application architecture and domain knowledge.
• Experience in onshore coordination managing offshore deliverables to customer expectations.
• Experience creating Test Scope, Strategy, and Plan.
• Knowledge of Server Tuning and Optimization.
• Proficiency in monitoring across Client Side, Server Side, DB, Network, and Load Balancer.
• Experience analyzing APM tool data (Wily, App Dynamics, Dyntrace, Splunk, New Relic) and suggesting fixes to dev/infra.
• Experience testing applications including .NET, Java, SAP Web, SAP GUI, and MQ.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Cloud, and tool integrations (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins).
