Description

You will own performance engineering activities across the application lifecycle, focusing on system reliability, scalability, and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead NFT delivery activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop performance improvement and mitigation plans for identified business challenges and risks.
• Partner with development teams during design discussions to enforce performance guidelines.
• Analyze APM tool data to suggest actionable fixes for development and infrastructure teams.
• Create and manage test scope, strategy, and plans for complex applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong domain knowledge.
• Proficiency in monitoring client-side, server-side, database, network, and load balancers.
• Experience with APM tools: Wily, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, or New Relic.
• Hands-on testing experience with .NET, Java, SAP Web, SAP GUI, and MQ.
• Knowledge of server tuning, optimization, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud environments, and tool integrations (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins).
• Experience managing large teams, complex projects, and onshore/offshore coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in capacity planning and reliability engineering.
