Description

You will own the performance strategy and testing execution to ensure system stability and readiness.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end performance strategies.
• Execute load scenario testing using JMeter.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Conduct production acceptance testing to validate system readiness.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter for load testing.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana or Splunk for monitoring.
• Experience managing UAT workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Docker.
