Description

You will lead end-to-end performance test cycles and optimize system stability through deep technical analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance test cycles independently.
• Perform code profiling, heap dump analysis, and thread dump analysis.
• Conduct frontend and client-side analysis for site optimization.
• Monitor system health and performance using APM tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with load testing tools such as LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or JMeter.
• 2+ years of development experience in Java.
• Experience with APM tools including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog.
• Experience working on cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana for monitoring analysis.
• Ability to perform deep-dive memory and thread analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with Python for automation.
