Description

You will design and execute performance, load, and capacity tests for distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs. Your work ensures system stability under load and drives continuous performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive performance, load, and capacity tests across distributed systems.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using LoadRunner and Postman.
• Analyze performance metrics for microservices running in Kubernetes or OpenShift environments.
• Monitor system behavior using observability tools to identify performance trends and anomalies.
• Perform deep root cause analysis across application, infrastructure, and network layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven performance engineering experience, including performance tuning.
• Strong expertise with LoadRunner, including scripting and test execution.
• Hands-on API/backend performance testing experience with REST APIs.
• Solid scripting or programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis across multiple technology layers.
