Description

You will lead performance testing efforts and drive technical triage for complex system issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own performance testing project planning, portfolio product management, and team execution.
• Lead triage efforts by driving issue resolution, directing discussions, and communicating results.
• Design test harnesses and develop complex scripts using VUGen (Web HTTP/HTML Protocol).
• Analyze heap and thread dumps to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
• Gather technical requirements and manage the full testing lifecycle from planning to results analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Expertise with LoadRunner (Performance Center) and DynaTrace.
• Proficiency in Splunk for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of .NET, Java, and 3-tier architecture.
• Experience with software development concepts, code review, and code analysis.
• Ability to perform bottleneck analysis and architectural integration pattern evaluation.
• Experience acting as a Product Owner for performance testing projects.
• Knowledge of HTML and web protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Jboss, Apache Tomcat, or SOA.
• Familiarity with DevCenter and OpsCenter.
