Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for optimizing performance and right-sizing capacity across PostgreSQL and Azure database platforms through data-driven analysis and proactive risk mitigation.

• Analyze workloads and recommend Optimal / Descale / Upscale actions

  • Tune PostgreSQL and Azure database performance

  • Lead post-mortem analysis and continuous improvement efforts 

• Build reporting models with clear, actionable insights and statistical thresholds Qualifications 

• Strong PostgreSQL and Azure database experience 

• Expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning 

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills 

• Experience with automation and Capacity management practices (preferred)
