Description

You own the end-to-end performance validation lifecycle for our systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test strategies covering load, stress, endurance, and scalability.
• Monitor and optimize application performance within production environments.
• Conduct capacity planning and pinpoint application performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze performance issues and recommend actionable solutions.
• Implement and manage APM and performance monitoring toolsets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing or Performance Engineering.
• Proficiency with load testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or BlazeMeter.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience monitoring and logging using Grafana and Splunk.
• Knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL and MS SQL Server.
• Ability to automate testing and monitoring tasks.
• Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
