Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle to ensure application stability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Define performance goals based on client usage patterns and input from Product Owners and Dev Leads.
• Develop technical performance test plans and conduct analysis for Linux and Windows platforms.
• Plan, design, execute, and evaluate performance tests for applications and services.
• Create test scenarios to load and stress systems in QA/Perf environments to monitor and debug stability problems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall performance testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, QTP, or HP Performance Centre.
• Mandatory experience with AWS (Cloudwatch).
• Proficiency in Java, XML, CSS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with messaging queues including Tibco and Kafka.
• Experience with DevOps and orchestration tools: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Ability to monitor CPU, memory utilization, and identify bottlenecks using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, AWS Cloudwatch, or Grafana.
