Description

Define digital performance management strategy and operational visibility for labor and warehouse operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build KPI and metrics frameworks covering productivity, throughput, labor utilization, and service levels.
• Design workforce performance monitoring dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Define leading and lagging indicators to establish real-time operational performance visibility.
• Develop forecasting analytics and scenario planning capabilities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with IT and business teams to identify enabling technologies and define reporting governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or operational analytics.
• Strong knowledge of labor and warehouse operations metrics.
• Experience designing KPI scorecards and executive dashboards.
• Familiarity with forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Ability to define reporting architecture and support self-service analytics adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
