Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle to ensure applications meet business acceptance criteria.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and collect technical application information from developers and analysts.
• Provide project estimates and define specific deliverables.
• Execute load, stress, and performance testing using LoadRunner.
• Generate and analyze performance reports to identify bottlenecks and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in coordination with architects and middle-tier teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner for load and stress testing.
• Experience analyzing performance reports to identify system issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
