Description

You will own end-to-end performance engineering for applications across both front-end and backend layers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end performance testing, including load and stress testing, for assigned projects.
• Identify performance bottlenecks by correlating data from various monitoring sources.
• Analyze JVM heap dumps and thread dumps using Java application performance tools.
• Monitor and analyze application performance using Dynatrace and Splunk logs.
• Manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and perform extrapolation.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in performance engineering.
• 5 years of experience in performance testing and scripting using NeoLoad, JMeter, Loadrunner, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace for application performance analysis.
• Experience with Java application performance analysis tools like JVisualVM.
• Hands-on experience analyzing Splunk logs.
• Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript or Python.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to perform performance engineering on full-stack applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java-based environments and JVM analysis.
