Description

You will own system optimization, performance testing, and observability for Java-based services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Java and Spring Boot code to improve system throughput and reduce latency.
• Integrate performance testing suites directly into the CI pipeline.
• Develop mock frameworks using tools like JMock or Mockito.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using observability tools.
• Analyze system behavior and bottlenecks within Kafka environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with performance tuning and code optimization.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter and K6 for load testing.
• Experience enabling performance tests within CI pipelines.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana for dashboarding.
• Practical experience with Kafka.
• Experience with mock frameworks such as JMock or Mockito.
• Any graduate degree.
