Description

You will own the design and implementation of performance engineering solutions for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance testing frameworks to handle load, stress, spike, stability, and scalability testing in production-like environments.
• Define and measure key performance indicators, including percentile response times, throughput rate, latency, and network time.
• Build frameworks to analyze performance regressions between builds and recommend tuning strategies.
• Containerize load generation environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate test execution and environment provisioning via CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Extensive experience with performance testing tools: K6, Gatling, JMeter, NeoLoad, or LoadRunner.
• Deep understanding of load, stress, spike, stability, and scalability testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis, specifically percentile response times, throughput, and latency.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration: Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and JavaScript.
• Experience with regression analysis and performance tuning.
