Description

You will own the design and implementation of performance testing infrastructure for production-like environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance testing frameworks covering load, stress, spike, and scalability scenarios.
• Define and measure performance KPIs, including percentile response times, throughput, latency, and network time.
• Build analysis frameworks to detect regressions between builds and suggest tuning strategies.
• Containerize load generation environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate test execution and environment provisioning within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Expertise with performance tools: K6, Gatling, JMeter, NeoLoad, or LoadRunner.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies: load, stress, spike, and scalability.
• Proficiency in KPI analysis (percentile response times, throughput, latency).
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration: Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with live environment testing and observability tools.
