Description

You will own performance engineering across the application lifecycle, designing strategies, scripts, and analysis for scalable systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test strategies, plans, and scripts using K6 (JavaScript) and LoadRunner.
• Script performance tests for APIs, web, and microservices-based applications.
• Measure and analyze performance metrics including response time, throughput, CPU/memory usage, and TPS.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and log system performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Expertise with K6 (JavaScript) and LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, HTTP(s), and WebSocket testing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of system architecture.
