Description

Lead performance testing efforts to ensure application and API scalability and stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for applications and APIs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and provide technical recommendations.
• Develop test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter, BlazeMeter, and NeoLoad.
• Hands-on experience with scripting in Java, Python, or Groovy.
• Practical knowledge of load, stress, and endurance testing concepts.
• Experience using APM tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Proficiency with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Strong background in root cause analysis for distributed systems.
