Description

You will own performance and chaos testing for product domains, ensuring system reliability under load.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain load and performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
• Execute tests against web-based applications, web service interfaces, and back-end server components.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for performance scripts using Terraform and GitLab.
• Analyze test data, system metrics, and production trends to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Perform JVM analysis and tuning, including thread, heap, and GC optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software load and performance testing in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad or equivalent performance testing tools.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for performance testing using Terraform and GitLab.
• Minimum 3 years of experience testing applications hosted in the Cloud.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with APM tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog.
• Working knowledge or experience in Chaos Engineering.
• Proficiency in Java or .NET engineering.
• Ability to perform profiling, bottleneck analysis, and JVM tuning.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of programming experience in .NET, C, C++, or Java.
• Scripting experience in Perl, Python, or JavaScript.
• AWS or Azure cloud certifications.
