Description

You will design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure application stability and detect regressions early.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define performance testing strategies and establish baseline measurements for key indicators.
• Execute load, stress, soak, and spike testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD workflows to catch issues before production.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with developers on resolutions.
• Build dashboards for real-time monitoring and historical trend analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter for test script creation and execution.
• Experience with LoadRunner for complex load testing scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design and implement robust testing frameworks.
• Experience analyzing application bottlenecks and interpreting performance metrics.
• Degree in any field.
