Description

You will lead performance testing efforts to ensure system stability and scalability. You own the strategy, requirements, and workload models.

Responsibilities

• Define performance testing objectives, non-functional requirements, and workload models by analyzing production load patterns.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts, simulators, and test bench components.
• Execute capacity, scalability, stability, and stress tests across multiple product teams.
• Analyze test results and performance logs to identify CPU/Memory bottlenecks and publish actionable metrics.
• Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot performance issues and facilitate remediation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience specifically with BlazeMeter.
• Expertise in writing and executing test scripts within BlazeMeter.
• Proficiency in API and UI performance testing using JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Grafana.
• Strong scripting skills in JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, web protocols, and protocol-level scripting.
• Experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
• Ability to analyze performance logs using ELK or Splunk.
• Strong data mining and analysis skills using SQL.
• Experience with on-premise versus Cloud (AWS) performance testing strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or messaging performance testing.
• Experience integrating Selenium and API automation scripts using BlazeMeter.
