Description

You will own performance engineering and SAP optimization to ensure system stability and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze application code and infrastructure to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with development teams to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Perform AWR report analysis, heap dump analysis, and thread dump analysis.
• Execute JVM tuning and implement performance tuning best practices.
• Manage performance testing lifecycles using industry-standard tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance engineering and SAP.
• Proficiency with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JVM tuning and dump analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in SAP performance testing and engineering.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
