Description

Lead performance engineering for enterprise-scale applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance testing strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Perform expert scripting, parameterization, and correlation in LoadRunner, NeoLoad, and JMeter.
• Lead design and execution of load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests, diagnosing bottlenecks across tiers.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Partner with sales teams to qualify leads and respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with LoadRunner and NeoLoad, including scripting, execution, and analysis.
• Experience designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies.
• Exposure to JMeter and integrating performance tests into CI/CD environments.
• Experience using APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
• Proven presales experience covering solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, and cost estimation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
