You will lead performance engineering initiatives to ensure system stability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies, load scenarios, and comprehensive test plans.
• Execute load tests to verify systems meet defined performance targets.
• Monitor system and application metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Own issue triage, driving resolution and cross-team communication.
• Analyze application performance using monitoring tools and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with VUGen 12 or later for complex test script development.
• Expertise developing scripts using HTTP/HTML, MQ, Java, and TruClient protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk for load test analysis.
• Solid understanding of .NET, Java/JEE, and 3-tier architecture concepts.
• Experience utilizing Dynatrace and AWR reports for performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to identify end-to-end web performance bottlenecks.
• Banking industry experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different time zones (APAC/EMEA support).
