Description

You will lead performance engineering efforts for critical banking systems, owning the strategy and execution of load testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced load scripts using VuGen 12+ and TruClient protocol.
• Analyze workflows and plan comprehensive performance test scenarios.
• Lead triage and resolve complex performance bottlenecks in .NET and Java/JEE environments.
• Use Splunk for log analysis and Dynatrace/AVR reports for monitoring.
• Ensure performance stability in 3-tier architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of performance engineering experience.
• Advanced script development with VuGen 12+.
• Expertise in TruClient protocol.
• Strong proficiency with Splunk for log analysis.
• Experience with Dynatrace and AWR reports.
• Knowledge of .NET and Java/JEE environments.
• Compulsory banking domain experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in HTTP/HTML and MQ protocols.
