You will lead data analytics and business assessment to drive financial and operational performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed data analytics on financial business, operational performance, talent intelligence, and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery across all reporting.
• Guide the construction of dashboards and reporting structures.
• Manage multiple senior and global stakeholders through direct engagement and communication.
• Oversee people management and contractual delivery assessments.

Required Skills

• 12-15+ years of experience in high-level data analytics and business assessment.
• Proven experience in high-level account P&L management.
• Expertise in Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Macros and reporting modules (ATS).
• Strong project management experience.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at a global level.

Preferred Skills

• Operational knowledge in the recruitment or service industry.
