You will own and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research to identify optimization opportunities and new traffic sources.
• Optimize targeting parameters and audience interests to improve performance metrics.
• Create ad assets and designs using Canva.
• Monitor campaign performance data to drive continuous improvements and budget efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proven track record of managing monthly ad budgets of 1 lakh or more.
• Proficiency in keyword research and advertising strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data-driven optimization.
• Ability to create ad copy and visual assets using Canva.
• Any Graduate degree.
