Own end-to-end performance marketing strategies and execution across digital, social, and content channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with senior management.
• Own the advertising budget and manage spends across digital platforms.
• Execute and optimize Google and LinkedIn Ad accounts, focusing on Search Ads and Lead Gen.
• Drive SEO through content programming and the implementation of on-page and off-page best practices.
• Track key metrics including free trial registrations and successful onboarding via Google Analytics, HubSpot, and internal dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across search engines.
• Experience conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex ideas.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and SEM trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HubSpot Sales Professional and email marketing.
• Video creation and editing skills.
