Description

You will ensure the optimal performance and health of enterprise data services using Dynatrace.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Dynatrace technologies to monitor and troubleshoot data service performance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within data services proactively.
• Analyze performance data to determine root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize data service performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynatrace Performance Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace capabilities, including OneAgent and Davis AI.
• Experience with databases and messaging systems.
• Expertise in problem determination techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the regulatory environment of the banking or financial sector.
