Job Responsibilities include:
Conduct quality assurance assessments and control testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to defined quality standards.
Monitor performance metrics and analyze trends to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Analyze QA results and customer data to generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards.
Provide structured feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance and maintain accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and optimize service delivery.
Ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and identify and escalate potential control gaps or risks.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, manual testing, or operations roles.
Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting (Advanced Excel), and working with quality frameworks, audit processes, and compliance standards
