Description

You ensure service quality, operational consistency, and risk mitigation within Institutional Retirement Client Services through quality assurance, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance assessments and control testing to maintain operational standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to support continuous process improvement.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for fair customer outcomes and risk reduction.
• Deliver coaching and feedback to team members to drive performance management and training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, control testing, or performance management within financial services or operations.
• Strong background in data analysis and reporting using Excel and dashboarding tools.
• Experience in the insurance, pensions, or retirement services domain.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance management, including audit controls and regulatory adherence.
• Familiarity with QA tools, reporting platforms, and process improvement frameworks.
