You will provide advisory services across compensation, rewards, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Execute large industry compensation and benchmarking surveys.
• Conduct manning and cost productivity studies.
• Design pay structures, rewards strategies, and variable pay or incentive schemes.
• Develop organization design, competency frameworks, and career management models.
• Build talent and performance management systems including scorecard design.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in compensation and organizational effectiveness.
• Expertise in job evaluation and pay structuring.
• Experience in HR strategy design and organization effectiveness.
• Knowledge of talent management and competency framework design.
• MBA degree.
