Description

Drive end-to-end performance engineering for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

You own performance testing from scoping and NFR definition through design, execution, and final sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Define non-functional requirements and performance test scopes for SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Design, execute, and manage performance testing cycles to ensure system stability.
• Secure final sign-off on performance metrics and release readiness.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to align testing goals.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and performance characteristics.
• Proven experience in performance engineering and test automation tools.
• Strong ability to communicate technical constraints and results to diverse stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in performance testing or QA leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
