Description

You own the design, execution, and analysis of performance testing strategies across API, Web, and Mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile platforms using JMeter, K6, or Gatling.
• Define and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests to assess system behavior under varying conditions.
• Analyze application performance across frontend, middleware, and backend layers to identify potential bottlenecks.
• Integrate performance testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions for continuous validation.
• Conduct detailed root-cause and bottleneck analysis, recommending tuning and optimization solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong proficiency with JMeter, Gatling, or K6.
• Proven experience testing API, Web, and Mobile applications for performance and scalability.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and integrating tests into build pipelines.
• Experience utilizing observability platforms like Dynatrace or Grafana for performance visualization.
• Familiarity with containerized and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
• Good understanding of frontend rendering, API latency, and backend throughput analysis.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and system-tuning skills.
