Description

You will establish performance baselines across all client-facing applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish performance benchmarks for key applications.
• Recommend and implement appropriate performance testing tools.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and system limitations.
• Provide detailed reporting on load metrics and performance trends with optimization recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in performance testing and analysis.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and application behavior.
• Ability to identify root causes of performance issues.
• Experience with performance testing tools, specifically JMeter.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LoadRunner.
