Description

Manage end-to-end performance testing and provide technical direction to test engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop test scripts, create scenarios, and execute tests using LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar tools for Web and Web Services protocols.
• Analyze and interpret performance test results to provide actionable technical recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze application logs, database reports, and system metrics including CPU, memory, network usage, garbage collection, and DB parameters.
• Manage performance testing within microservice architectures and containerized environments.
• Communicate technical findings and performance insights to both business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Performance Engineering using HP LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar tools.
• 4-6 years of experience with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Micro Focus Diagnostics, or Introscope.
• 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end performance test management and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong expertise in monitoring system metrics, database reports, and application logs.
• Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, Python, C, or C++.
• Knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or uDeploy.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Chaos Engineering tools like Chaos Monkey or Gremlin.
