Description

You will own the performance testing lifecycle for critical applications, ensuring scalability and reliability under load.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance test strategies, including load, stress, endurance, and spike scenarios.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Execute tests, monitor system behavior, and analyze metrics like response time, throughput, and error rates.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with development and DevOps teams to drive performance improvements.
• Manage the performance testing environment and ensure data integrity for test execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proven expertise with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
• Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python or Java.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST/SOAP) and performance testing methodologies.
• Ability to interpret complex system metrics and identify root causes of performance degradation.
• Any Graduate degree.
