You will own performance testing protocols to ensure system stability within the Charlotte, NC area.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance testing protocols to validate system stability under load.
• Analyze test results to identify and document performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Maintain and optimize performance testing frameworks and scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Performance Test Engineer.
• Proven track record in performance testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to analyze complex system metrics and identify root causes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated performance testing integration in CI/CD pipelines.
