Description

You will manage the full performance testing lifecycle to ensure enterprise application stability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex UI and API performance test scripts using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Monitor application logs, CPU utilization, memory usage, network usage, and garbage collection using Splunk and other monitoring tools.
• Analyze database parameters and reports to verify application performance.
• Collaborate with business and application teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Publish detailed status reports, performance graphs, and session documentation for stakeholder sign-off.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter (version 4.0 or above) and BlazeMeter.
• Experience with performance testing in distributed mode.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Datadog.
• Ability to use Splunk for log monitoring and system behavior analysis.
• Strong understanding of performance testing life cycle tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
